Each cause on our site shows exactly what it buys. Here is why we do it, and how we work out the numbers.
Open accounting is written into our constitution. Every member has the right to a full and open account of MANCO's finances. We think donors deserve the same.
A price for everything
Every cause on this site lists what it buys: a delivery kit, a ride to the health centre, a blood pressure machine. Our Finance Director checks prices with suppliers before a cause opens.
What if prices change?
If a price goes up, we tell you in the cause updates. If a cause raises more than it needs, the extra goes to the next most urgent cause in the same programme, and we say so.
Where to see the numbers
Our audited accounts are presented to members at the Annual General Assembly every year, and published on our Transparency page.
