Six monthly sessions where tired health workers can talk in confidence, led by trained peers.
The need
The people who care for everyone else rarely get asked how they are. Our wellbeing circles are a small fix for a big problem: a quiet room, a cup of tea, and a confidential conversation with colleagues who understand.
Each session is led by two members trained in peer support. This cause covers six months of sessions: the venue, refreshments, transport refunds for members who travel from outlying facilities, and the facilitators' training.
